Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every Rust Remover Spray order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee running from the day the parcel is delivered. The guarantee is written to be used: work through a whole bottle on real rust. If the result is not what the article described, tell us inside those 30 days and we will refund what you paid for the goods.

On multi-bottle bundles, one opened bottle does not void the guarantee. Return the unopened bottles and we refund the full bundle price.

Cancelling before dispatch

Orders are released to the fulfilment centre quickly, usually the same working day. If you email us before your order has been dispatched we will cancel it and refund the full amount, with nothing to send back. Once a parcel has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can still be returned under the guarantee.

How to start a return

• Email inquiries@crystalmantle.com with your order reference and a line about what happened. Photographs of the treated surface help us diagnose the problem but are not required.
• We reply within one working day with a return authorisation number and the return address.
• Pack the bottles upright, seal any opened bottle in a bag so it cannot leak, and write the authorisation number on the outside of the box.
• Send it back within 14 days of receiving the authorisation, and keep the tracking number until the refund appears.

Returns sent without an authorisation number cannot be matched to an order and may be refused by the carrier.

Shipping a liquid back to us

Rust Remover Spray is a household chemical. Most carriers accept it in its original sealed bottle inside a leak-proof outer box, but you must declare it if asked. Never send a decanted or unlabelled container. If a carrier refuses the parcel, contact us and we will arrange a compliant label.

Who pays return shipping

• Faulty, leaking, damaged or wrong item: we pay. We send a prepaid label and refund any shipping you paid on the original order.
• Change of mind or unsatisfactory results: you pay the return postage. The cost of the goods is refunded in full.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the returned parcel arriving and passing inspection. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post the credit, typically a further three to ten working days depending on the issuer. We cannot refund to a different card or to a third party.

Exchanges

If you would rather have a replacement than a refund — a bottle that arrived cracked, for instance — say so when you request the authorisation. Replacements ship free of charge and usually go out before the damaged one gets back to us.

Damaged or missing parcels

Tell us within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled, since carriers often ask to see it. We will replace or refund a parcel that arrives leaking or crushed, and we will open a trace on a parcel that is marked delivered but is not with you.

Subscriptions and repeat orders

We do not run a subscription, an auto-ship or a trial that converts into a recurring charge. Every order on this site is a single purchase. Nothing rebills.

Products bought elsewhere

This policy covers orders placed on crystalmantle.com only. A bottle bought through any other retailer, marketplace or reseller is governed by that seller’s own refund policy, and must be returned to them.
